In the analytics dashboard you'll see reports that track the number of impressions or number of plays. A play will be the amount of times the play button was actually clicked. Some reports that track plays are "Average Play" and "Total Plays".
Impressions are the amount of times a player was viewed. This doesn't necessarily mean that the video was watched. Use the Video Player Impressions Report or the Most Requested Report to get impression metrics.
