This month's release notes include:

Zype Streaming Platform

NEW 

  • Zobject UI Improvements
    Adds inline zobject assignment to playlist details page.
    Adds inline zobject assignment to video details page.

  • Add detailed pages to all analytics charts
    All of the current Analytics 3 Revenue Charts detailed pages will be added prior to Analytics 1 sunset.
    Add detailed pages to all Platform Dynamics charts

  • Add column export selection to all Analytics 3 export detail pages
    Customers can customize exports with optional metadata fields, improving reporting flexibility, enabling deeper analysis, and maintaining parity with the field selection capabilities previously available in Analytics 1.

  • Add category_and filter to playlist API
    Enhances filters for categories on the playlist API.

  • Add category_and filter to video API
    Enhances filters for categories on the videos API.

  • Add zobject_id_or and zobject_id_and filters to playlist API
    Enhances filters for zobjects on the playlist API.

  • Add zobject_id_or and zobject_id_and filters to video API
    Enhances filters for zobjects on the videos API.

  • Adobe Primetime Integration tile
    Users can create the Adobe integration through the integrations marketplace.

  • Update Thumbnail URL generator to enforce HTTPS
    Thumbnails are now created with HTTPS by default.

FIXED

  • Unable to increase transcode limit
    Fixes a bug that prevented site transcode limits from being updated.

  • Transcriptions editor isn't loading subtitles properly
    Bug fix

  • Infinite spinning wheel in Analytics section of Playlist Edit page
    Fixed an issue where analytics were not loading on playlist pages.

  • CORS issue on preventing ads from loading (Bitmovin Advertising Module)
    Fixed an issue with the BAM preventing ads from loading in certain scenarios.

  • Apps Creator redirecting back to home page when accessed from Zype dashboard
    Fixed an issue where navigating to Apps Creator redirected back to the Zype home page. 

  • AI transcriptions stuck in processing 
    Fixed an issue with transcriptions becoming stuck.

  • Featured images not updating or displaying for selected videos
    Fixed an issue with featured images on videos not being able to be updated. 

  • Unable to upload larger videos
    Fixed an issue with the uploader where files over 6mb were timing out.

  • Upload embed intermittently fails for MXF/MOV/large files
    Fixed an issue with certain files types failing to upload when using the upload embed.

  • Add Download CSV button to details data tables
    Added a download CSV option on Analytics 3 details pages.

Zype Apps Creator

NEW

  • Remove Facebook, Google Ads, DFP Ads from mobile app code
    Strip out dependencies with built-in analytics data collection.

FIXED

  • Add unique check per app per locale for SSAI ads to avoid duplication
    Fixed an issue where duplicate SSAI ads were being fired.

  • Stop ads from playing on Live content in Fire TV app when ads are disabled
    Fixed an issue where ads were playing on Fire TV incorrectly.

  • Unable to download videos from Favorites & Search sections
    Fixed an issue where videos couldn't be downloaded from certain app sections.

  • “Invalid Details: Account is not configured for log-in” error when users attempt to create or log into accounts
    Fixed an issue on Roku apps preventing users from creating accounts or logging in.
