Zype’s AI-powered transcription tool can be set up to automatically transcribe all of your newly uploaded or imported content. This helps streamline the process, ensuring that every asset in your library has accurate transcriptions without having to manually enable transcription each time.
Steps to Automatically Transcribe All Content

Go to the Transcription Settings:

In the Zype Dashboard, navigate to Settings, then General tab.

Enable Automatic Transcription:

Within the General tab, at the bottom, check the option to “Automatically AI Transcribe Videos”.

This will ensure that every video uploaded to the Zype platform is automatically selected for transcription without requiring manual input during the upload or import process.

Upload Your Video:

After enabling the automatic transcription setting, simply upload or import your videos as usual.

Every video uploaded will be automatically transcribed according to your transcription settings.

Review and Edit Transcriptions:

Once your video is uploaded and transcribed, you can review the transcription by navigating to the Transcriptions tab in the Zype Dashboard.

If needed, make edits using the Transcription Editor to ensure the accuracy of the transcription.

Automatic Subtitle Generation:

After the transcription is saved, subtitles will automatically be generated in SRT and WebVTT formats.

These subtitles will be available in the Subtitles tab, where you can toggle them on for playback.

Additional Notes:

Enabling this feature will automatically apply transcription to all videos uploaded, but you can still manually transcribe videos if needed.

The free tier allows for up to 300 minutes of transcription per month. Any additional transcription minutes will incur a charge of $0.05 per minute.

Subtitles are generated automatically based on transcriptions and are free of charge.
