Configuring Facebook Live Multicasting

Configuring your Zype Live encoder for Facebook Live Multicasting is a quick and easy process.

Step 1 - Sign into the Facebook account that you'll use for live broadcasting

Please double check and make sure you've signed into the Facebook account you plan to use for live broadcasting!

Step 2 - Click on the "Live Video" button at the top of your news feed in Facebook

Step 3 - Click on the "Connect" tab at the top of the Facebook Live page

Step 4 - Check the "Enable persistent stream key" checkbox above the Server URL box

Please don't skip this step, as providing a stream key that expires will prevent you from being able to multicast to Facebook Live.

Step 5 - Copy and paste your Server URL and Persistent Stream Key data into the Zype Live Multicasting configuration page
