Managing Subscribers Follow

Subscriptions belong to consumers that have paid for a billing plan to view your video content.

To view your subscribers, follow the steps below.

  1. On the Zype navigation menu, click Make Money.

  2. On the Monetization page, click Subscriptions.

  3. On the Subscriptions page, your subscribers are listed on a table. Information displayed on the table include the subscriber's email address, the plan subscribed to, the amount paid for the subscription, the billing interval, the status, the cancellation date (if applicable), and the date when the consumer subscribed to the plan.

    To filter the subscribers by plan type, click the Plan button, check the applicable plan from the list, then click the Search button. The subscription plans that appear on the list are the same ones previously set up under the Monetization page.

    To search for a subscriber, enter the subscriber's full or partial email address on the Search box, then click Search.

    To export your subscriptions to a CSV file that you can then import into another program, click Export CSV. The CSV file will then be generated on the fly, then downloaded onto your computer.

    To view or edit a subscriber's details, click the email address under the Consumer column.

    This will display the consumer's Details page, where you can change the consumer record, view all of the consumer's activities on your Zype channel, view all analytics related to the consumer, view recent logins, and view linked devices (for more information on device linking, see Managing Consumer Device Linking).

    To view the subscription plan's details, click the corresponding plan as it appears on the table.

    To delete the subscription record, click the Delete button to the right of the record.
