Understanding Additional Fees
Effective November 1st, 2024, customers will be charged $0.04 per GB per month for uploads stored for more than 72 hours.
Customers who already have a Stream Hours charge on their bill will now also see a Streaming GB charge related to download usage. This means any downloads of your uploaded files from Zype will be metered at your current delivery rate.

Upload Storage Charges:
If you store 100 GB of uploads for more than 72 hours, you will be charged $4 per month. Storage under 72 hours will remain free of charge. These fees are calculated using your average daily storage, computed daily.
