Adding and Managing Assets

Aside from the videos shown on your channels, Zype allows you to upload files, or assets, that you can then use or embed on your pages. Assets can be in any file format that Zype supports, for example, PNG and JPEG.

To Add an Asset

1. On the Zype navigation menu, click Assets.

   

2. On the Assets page, all assets you have previously uploaded are listed. Click the New Asset button on the top right.

   

3. On the New Asset page, enter the asset's details, including the title and description, then select and upload the asset from your computer.

   

4. Click Save Changes to save your changes and refresh the page.

To Search for an Asset

1. On the Zype navigation menu, click Assets.

2. On the Assets page, enter the asset's title, or part of it, on the Search box, then click Search. The results are then displayed on the table below.

   

To Edit an Asset

1. On the Zype navigation menu, click Assets.

2. On the Assets page, look for the asset to be edited, then click the Edit button to the right.

   

3. Edit the asset, then click Save Changes.

To Delete an Asset

1. On the Zype navigation menu, click Assets.

2. On the Assets page, look for the asset to be edited, then click the Delete button to the right.

   

3. Click OK on the confirmation message to delete the asset.
