We’ve outlined required and optional image assets needed for your Vewd Snap App. There is a checklist at the end of this article for reference when submitting your app.
Important Note: Vewd requires any text within an image is required to be 18 pixels in height or above.
Required Image Assets
Store Icons and Thumbnail
These images are displayed in the Vewd app store when your app is submitted for publication. The images are still required in the submission process even if you are submitting your app for certification only.
Specs required:
- 128px x 128px (JPG or PNG)
- 512px x 512px (JPG or PNG)
- 480px x 270px (JPG or PNG)
Logo
The logo is the image displayed in the top left corner of your app.
Specs: Between 160px x 160px and 300px x 200px (PNG or JPG)
Background
We recommend keeping the background image subtle, and including a dark overlay so it’s less busy and distracting for your users.
Note: Vewd apps use white text throughout, so please use a dark enough background to maintain text legibility. Check out our screenshots below for "do" and "don't" suggestions.

Playlist Thumbnails
Each individual playlist requires an associated thumbnail. You can upload custom playlist thumbnails by navigating to a playlist's edit page and going to the thumbnails page. For more instruction on adding thumbnails visit our Playlist Thumbnails article.

Promotional Images
These images are optional but including them offers previews of the app content when selecting your app in the Vewd app store.
