Download Mezzanine Files (Original Uploaded Videos)

If you need to download the videos you already uploaded to Zype (mezzanine files), you need to follow the next steps using our API documentation:

1. Go to our API documentation page (docs.zype.com)

2. On the Video -> Download Video endpoint, you need to fill the Video ID, and make sure to add the API Key for authentication. Next, click on Try It.

This will return a response with an URL.

3. Load the URL on a browser, and the download will start.
