Amazon Developer Account Creation and Access

To submit your Amazon Mobile and FireTV app to the Amazon App Store, you must create a developer account and invite Zype as an administrator. We recommend doing so as soon as you can in your production process to avoid delays in in-app approval. Follow the simple instructions below!

Create an Amazon Developer Account

Step 1: Navigate to Amazon Developer and select Developer Console on the top right.

Step 2: Select "Create your Amazon Developer account"

Step 3: After completing the form, verify your account via email.

Step 4: You’ll be redirected to the Amazon Developer Registration page. Enter the requested details and click on Submit.

Step 5: After enrolling in the Developer Program, you’ll be able to log in to the Amazon Developer Console. 

Invite Zype to access your Amazon Developer Account

We will require the right permissions to access your account. Follow these few easy steps to assign us the correct user/role for your Developer Account.

Step 1: Navigate to your dashboard by clicking Developer Console on the top right.

Step 2: Select Settings in the top right.

Step 3: Select User Permissions and click on Add New.

Step 4: Enter "devaccounts@mazsystems.com" as the ZYPE user for the account, select all the roles (Developer, Administrator, Marketer, and Analyst) permissions, then select Save.

Step 5: After Saving, this will send an Invite to devaccounts@mazsystems.com that is only valid for 24 hours. Therefore, once you sent the invite, please let us know at success@mazsystems.com about the invite, so we can accept it before it expires.

Step 6: Log in to your Apps Creator Dashboard and Navigate to Design>>Platforms>>Amazon. Turn on the Admin access toggle switch.

Congratulations! You have successfully created an Amazon developer account and have added us as an admin user.
