You may enable an ad rule for your block. This will allow you to choose a fallback slate and decide whether you want to include pre-rolls, mid-rolls, and/or post-rolls.
This ad rule can also be disabled.
Automated Mid-roll Ad Timings
When enabling mid-rolls for your dynamic blocks, you can choose a fixed interval in between ad timings. The duration of the ad timing will be the same as the selected ad slate.
Prioritization
- Dynamic blocks are designed in a way that content is prioritized over ads. If you program a dynamic block and the content that fits the rules is within the maximum duration of the block, then that content will be prioritized and the remainder of the dynamic block space will be filled with ad times.
- If the content including ads is too large (surpasses the maximum duration of the block) but the content itself still fits, some of the ads will be removed.
