Zype tracks many types of usage metrics to record engagement and activity on each account. This usage is also an indicator to customers of potential upcoming service fees to accounts, depending on their contract. Below is a detailed list of current usage Zype tracks.

| VOD Transcoding Hours | The total hours of VOD content that has been converted to a Zype-hosted source where one hour video = one transcode hour. |
| Live Encoding Hours | The total hours live encoders are active and available to stream live content where one hour live encoder turned on = one transcode hour. |
| Video Requests |
The total number of successful responses to a player request made to Zype's Player API Endpoint. |
| Zype Hosted Video Requests |
The total number of successful responses made for videos that are Zype hosted and delivered. |
| Third Party Hosted Video Requests |
The total number of successful responses made for videos that are third party hosted and delivered (e.g. Verizon, Vimeo Pro, and MRSS). |
| Stream Hours | The total hours of content streamed by your consumers. |
| VOD Stream Hours | Stream Hours for video on demand content delivered. |
| Live Stream Hours | Stream Hours for live content delivered. |
| Paywall Stream Hours | Stream Hours for content delivered for videos with a paywall. |
| Non-paywall Stream Hours | Stream Hours for content delivered for videos without a paywall (this can include content monetized by ads, so long as there is no paywall. |

The total amount of gigabytes of video content delivered to your audience. |
| Live Gigabytes |
Live data shows the total amount of gigabytes for live content delivered. |
| VOD Gigabytes |
VOD data shows the total amount of gigabytes for VOD content delivered. |
| Paywall Gigabytes |
Paywall data shows the total amount of gigabytes of content delivered for videos with a paywall. |
| Non-paywall Gigabytes |
Non-paywall data shows the total amount of gigabytes of content delivered for videos that are not monetized by a paywall. |
| Paywall Transactions | The total number of subscribers and transactions (purchase, rental, pass plans, and redemption codes) during this time period. This includes who have canceled during this timeframe. |
| Ad Requests | The total number of requests made by Zype to your ad server. Ad requests are still accrued if your ad server fails to fill an ad spot. |
