You can use the Player Request logs available on your Dashboard to see the details of the requests being made for your video content. For example, if you'd like to get an idea of the audience for your video content and the times during the day when your viewers are requesting your videos, the Player Request logs are the perfect source.
To view your Player Request log, follow the steps below.

On the Zype Admin Dashboard, click the Tools menu at the top of the page, then Logs.

On the Logs page, click Player Request Log from the table.

On the Player Requests Log page, player requests from your audience are displayed on a table. By default, the player requests are displayed from newest to oldest on the table. You can sort the table by device, provider, player, country, status, and date range.

To search for a specific request, enter the requester's IP address and/or the video ID, then click Search.
The information available on the Player Requests log are listed in the table below.
Column | Description |

Video Title | The title of the video that was requested |
Consumer | The name of the consumer |
IP address | The IP address of the requester |
Country | The country the request was made from |
Device | The device the request was made from |
Player | The player that served the video |
User Agent | The consumer's browser's user agent, e.g. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome |
Referer | The referer of the content |
Revenue | The revenue model of the viewer |
Status | The status of the request |
Created | The date and time the request was created |
