My Videos Don’t Play

If you are having trouble playing your videos you can follow these guidelines to troubleshoot your issue.

  1. See if the video plays on the Zype platform. If the video does not play within the platform, that means that there was an error while the video was being imported or uploaded and you will have to do it again.
  2. Check if you have your player rules set up properly. You want to check that you have a player rule set up for your device, player type and location. Follow these steps to set up your player rules.

Videos Controls Don’t Work

If your video starts playing but are having trouble with the video controls, follow this step:

  1. Temporarily set the associated ad tags for your device as Inactive, restart the app and test your video again. If your controls work it means that your app’s ad tag is invalid and that the app is trying to play an ad while the video is also playing.
